Soul Care

What is Soul Care?

Soul Care is a ministry of the Word of God...

  • That takes place within Christian community and fellowship, including everyday conversations, biblical counselling, Soul Care groups, classes, seminars, and conferences (Hebrews 3:13, Acts 20:20)
  • That points to the glory of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 3:18)
  • That pursues heart change through the power of the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:18)
  • That emphasizes the necessity of abiding in Christ (John 15:1-12)
  • That speaks the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15)
  • That promotes a lifestyle of repentance and faith (2 Corinthians 7:10, Hebrews 11:6)
  • That exists to equip the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12) so that the church grows itself up in love (Ephesians 4:16), for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Both men and women are invited to this group which Soul Care team members will facilitate. There will be video-based teaching each week, along with time for smaller group discussion and prayer. As this is an in-person class, space is limited.

What Did You Expect?

Somehow, someway, every marriage becomes a struggle.

Everyone’s marriage morphs into something they didn’t intend it to be. At some point you need something sturdier than romance. You need something deeper than shared interests and mutual attraction. You need changed expectations, you need radical commitments, and, most importantly, you need grace.
