Grill and Chill
We would love to have your students join us for our upcoming Grill and Chill.
When: September 1, 2021
Where: On our front lawn! 500 Great Lakes Blvd, Oakville, Ontario
Cost: $15
What: We are beyond excited to bring back our Grill N' Chill that we have missed so much the last couple years. This is going to be a great night of worship, message and fellowship. We are inviting all the youth from last year, Grade 6-12, as well as all the new grade 6 students who will be starting this September. Are you a grade 12 student from last year? We would love to have you join us! Connect with your leader and small groups to come out for one last time. We will have a food truck available for dinner, and dessert will be provided.

Jr High Fall Retreat
We would love to have your students join us for our upcoming JR High Fall Retreat.
When: September 17-19, 2021
Where: We will spend the weekend at Circle Square Ranch (1645 Colborne Street East, Brantford, Ontario)
Transportation: There will be no bussing for this event. Parents can drop off Friday, September 17 at 7:00PM. Pick up time is Sunday, September 19 at 12:30PM:
Cost: The retreat cost is $185.37 ($175 + FEE), this payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard (if you need another payment method, please contact the office and speak to one of the Youth Team members)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
You are eligible for a refund of the registration cost minus a $35 processing fee (per registration) if withdrawal from retreat/camp occurs within 14 calendar days from the scheduled start date of the retreat/camp. Any withdrawals after this date are not refundable or transferable for any reason (i.e illness, emergencies, change of plans).
*Any personal information provided will be retained and used in accordance with the Hope Bible Church (HBC) privacy policy available at https://hopeottawa.ca/
